Terms and conditions of use
Access to this website of Arko S.p.A., with registered office in Motta di Livenza (TV), Via Istria n. 22, CF-PI 03278760263 (hereinafter the “Site”), entails acceptance by the user of the conditions and terms indicated below and which may be updated and/or modified at any time by Arko S.p.A. without the need for prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Arko S.p.A. is the exclusive owner of the registered logos and figurative and denominative trademarks “Arko” and of any other sign that includes the term “Arko” and the domain name “arkospa.com”. All the contents of the Site (news, images, photos, sounds, videos, documents, logos, software, graphic layouts, trademarks….) and the way in which the contents are presented and formatted, and the related economic exploitation rights are reserved and protected by copyright and by the national and international laws in force regarding the protection of intellectual and industrial property. Therefore, their reproduction, modification or use, in whole or in part, in any form, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Arko S.p.A.

3.1 No responsibility, of any nature whatsoever, is assumed by Arko S.p.A. in relation to the access of users to the Site and the use of the contents present on the Site. Arko S.p.A. is also not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, deriving from the use of the Site and its contents as well as the impossibility of use or suspension and/or interruption in the functioning of the Site. The information on the products contained in the Site does not imply any promise or guarantee, by Arko S.p.A., regarding the composition, quality and suitability for a specific use of the products themselves.
3.2 Despite the effort and care taken by Arko S.p.A. to include correct and constantly updated information on its Site, no guarantee is provided by Arko S.p.A. regarding the accuracy, correctness and usefulness of the information contained in the Site and, therefore, any liability on the part of Arko S.p.A. for errors, inaccuracies and omissions, whether technical or otherwise, regarding the information on the Site is excluded.

3.4 All users must have adequate antivirus and firewall systems. Arko S.p.A. is not responsible for damages resulting from the inaccessibility of the services provided on the Site or resulting from viruses, damaged files, errors, omissions, interruption of service, deletion of content, problems relating to the network connection, the service provider or the telephone line, unauthorized access, alteration of data, failures of the users' electronic devices.
3.5 The user is responsible for the safekeeping and correct use of his/her personal data as well as the access credentials to the reserved area of the Site, as well as for any damages suffered by Arko S.p.A. or third parties as a consequence of the inappropriate use and/or theft and/or loss of such data.
Rules of conduct
The contents of the Site may be viewed and consulted in accordance with and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and solely for personal and private information purposes. Any other use (distribution to third parties, publication, modification, processing, decompilation, etc.) is prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by Arko S.p.A. and will be prosecuted in accordance with the laws in force.

Arko S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for the content of third-party sites connected to the Arko S.p.A. Site as they are completely outside of any control by Arko S.p.A. Any hypertext link, through the creation of links by third parties to the Arko S.p.A. Site (to its homepage or to other pages of the Site) is prohibited unless previously authorised in writing by Arko S.p.A.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Italian law and will be interpreted in accordance with the same. For any dispute concerning the existence, effectiveness, validity, or violation of these terms and conditions, the Court of Treviso will have exclusive jurisdiction.
